DON’T deprive yourself of Easter goodies altogether, or you’re more likely to over-indulge.
That’s the message from Sunraysia Community Health Service public health nutritionist Jade Klaebe, who said cutting out Easter goodies entirely could be “detrimental”.
“If you’re a lover of chocolate or hot cross buns, the worst thing you can do is tell yourself that you can’t have them,” Ms Klaebe said.
