THE prestigious title of Ouyen’s “biggest tosser” was earned by Mildura’s Laurie Angwin at the Ouyen Mallee Root Festival over the weekend.
Organiser Dee Amos said the first-time competitor threw a stump weighing 9kg more than 11 metres to take out the title.
About 1500 people went along to the annual festival, which Ms Amos said was growing in popularity each year.
