AUTUMN’S fresh, cool mornings and bright, still days herald the start of some first-class cod fishing.

The change in season sparks a bite – especially where big fish are concerned – and the action has already started with some good cod landed this past week or so. 

This seasonal bite happens around the same time every year and is in tune with some of nature’s more subtle signs.
