NSW Rural Experience Program brings teachers to regional schools

HANNAH Chapple’s dream experience of a rural lifestyle has come true.

The young Sydney teacher started working as a teacher at Gol Gol Public School at the beginning of this term as part of the NSW Government’s Rural Experience Program.

The program provides an opportunity for permanent teachers to take part in a short-term placement of up to one year in a ­regional school.
