Fears forecast could spell more Darling River fish deaths

An expected cool change over the weekend could cause the same water conditions that led to mass fish deaths in far western NSW.

Temperatures in Menindee reached above 47C for three consecutive days this week and the mercury is forecast to remain in the 40s until today.

But a cool change is expected tomorrow, with the temperature set to drop to 36C.
