PLANS for a large scale artwork on the east-facing wall of the Robinvale Community Centre have been put on hold.
Swan Hill Rural City councillors voted to shelve the plans, despite council staff recommending they approve the use of $40,000 from the World War Memorial and interpretive walk’s budget allocation to fund the project.
Swan Hill Rural City Council director development and planning Heather Green said the artwork, if commissioned, would be a feature of the proposed Robinvale heritage walk.
