BARRING a disaster, Max Fricke looks to have an unassailable lead in the 2019 Australian Senior Solo Championship going into tonight’s final round at Kurri Kurri.
Former World Under 21 champion Fricke, 22, leads the standings on 66 points after claiming his third round win of the series on Thursday night at Albury-Wodonga to back up his wins at Gillman in round 1 and Undera in round 3.
He is eight points ahead of reigning champion Rohan Tungate and nine ahead of 2012 world champion Chris Holder, his nearest rivals.
