RESIDENTS against a proposed 24-hour APCO service station on Fifteenth Street say they are prepared to fight to move the development, with the matter to go before an upcoming Mildura Council meeting.
The planning permit application for the $3.5 million development attracted 22 objections – only seven objections are needed for the matter to go before councillors.
Independent fuel chain APCO wants to turn the vacant 2.2 hectare site at the corner of Cowra Avenue and Fifteenth Street into service station with associated restaurant, coffee drive-thru and truck filling facilities.
