THE unexplained death of a Mildura teenager whose body was found in the Murray River bound by chains and weighted down with bricks 30 years ago will undergo a “formal review” by NSW Police.

The last known sighting of Robby-Jo Coulter was in the early hours of New Year’s Day 1989 and a coroner’s inquest was unable to determine the circumstances in which the 17-year-old died.

His sister Tiffany Coulter, who was aged nine at the time, last week made an emotional Facebook post pleading with anyone with information about the case to come forward.
