JAIMON Lidsey remains Mildura’s leading hope in the 2019 Australian Senior Solo Speedway Championship heading into tonight’s fourth and penultimate round at Albury.
The Belle Vue Aces man claimed third place in the A Final at Undera on Monday, finishing with 13 points for the night to sit seventh in the standings.
However Lidsey’s 28 points is well behind fellow Victorian Max Fricke, who claimed his second round win of the series (after saluting in round 1 at Gillman Speedway) and now heads the field on 48 points.
