IF you’re planning a fresh stir-fry for dinner tonight, you might want to rethink the soy sauce.
While sushi and stir-fry have become Aussie favourites, a new report has shown their most common accompaniment – soy sauce, could be putting your health at risk.
The report, which is part of the Unpack the Salt campaign, discovered that just a single tablespoon of average soy sauce contains a whopping 61 per cent of our recommended daily salt intake.
