LOCAL charities are set to be boosted with the annual Mildura Fruit Company, Nangiloc Colignan Farms and Wakefield’s Transport Group Charity Golf Day on again at the Mildura Golf Resort on Thursday.

Since its inception in 2005, $475,000 has been raised for various charities and organisations – and the popular event is as well supported as ever.

Mildura Fruit Company’s Ferdi Bergamin said the field had reached capacity, with 180 players to take to the course.
