NONE of the 45 hopefuls contesting the upper house seat of Northern Victoria is enrolled to vote in the Mildura electorate.
Five candidates will be elected to represent the 100,000 sq km Upper House region, which spans from the South Australian border to the upper Murray, beyond Albury-Wodonga and down to the Macedon Ranges.
Labor and the Coalition each have two representatives for Northern Victoria, all seeking re-election, including Patchewollock-raised Nationals MP Luke O’Sullivan, who has perhaps the closest ties to Mildura of all candidates.
