Member for Mildura Peter Crisp says motor sport push stalled when council . . . Chopped and changed

MEMBER for Mildura Peter Crisp says it’s “disturbing” Mildura Council “appeared to give up” on its proposed motor sport precinct.

The Nationals MP said efforts to secure political support for the project were dealt a blow when the council revealed it was yet to attract any formal interest.

Mr Crisp questioned how the council promoted the motor sport project to private investors, such as the Shahin family behind the The Bend Motorsport Park in South Australia.
