THE availability and delivery of water, as well as pricing were hot topics up for discussion at the Lower Murray Water’s Growers Conference yesterday.

More than 100 Sunraysia growers grilled water policy stakeholders over water management in the region during a Q&A session.

Lower Murray Water chair Cheryl Rix said despite “buoyant demand and prices” for horticultural produce, the area faced a number of challenges includingthe effects of climate change.
