MILDURA Council says it will continue to monitor usage of the Langtree Avenue/riverfront connection amid concerns the pedestrian crossing area is visually “too busy”.
Council said it had not received any complaints concerning the safety or difficulty of pedestrians or vehicles negotiating the pedestrian crossing.
“The crossing has clear, high visibility signage, as well as advanced warning signage, informing drivers of the importance and location of the crossing,” a council spokesperson said.
