MILDURA can expect a burst of summer weather today with temperatures forecast to head into the 30s for the first time this spring.

While Mildura’s maximum temperature a little more than a week ago was just 15.6C, today is expected to double that with an anticipated 31C as the region heads into some warm days ahead.

The mean top temperature for September is 20.6C, but 31C today and 28C on Friday will be well above average before a cooler weekend.
