FRUSTRATIONS were running high among Sunraysia residents attending the passenger train rally at the weekend.
Microphone in hand, several speakers, including children, stood up in front of the crowd, describing the difficult travel conditions they faced due to the lack of appropriate transport services connecting the region to the city.
In an emotional speech, Irymple resident Margaret Andriske described the distressing experience of having to take children to the bus station “in the middle of the night”.
