Wentworth pre-show horse show: Horsin’ around

SUNRAYSIA riders of all ages had a trial run of events at Wentworth Showgrounds yesterday for a pre Wentworth Show horse show.
Beau Blore, 4, saddled up his pony Bear for some practice ahead of the annual event  later this month its organisers describe as a “true country show”.

ABOUT 150 horses and ponies took over the Wentworth Showgrounds at the Wentworth pre-show horse show yesterday.

Sunraysia riders and their mounts showcased their abilities in several classes including hacking, Western, breed, novelties and showjumping ahead of the Wentworth Show.

Wentworth Horse Show committee member Thel O’Shea said the day was considered a practice day for most riders.
