HAWTHORN president Jeff Kennett has enjoyed watching his club lift multiple premiership cups during his tenure but he isn’t overconfident about their chances of tasting ultimate success in 2018.
Instead, the former premier believes Richmond is “probably head and shoulders above everyone else at this stage”.
Speaking to Sunraysia Daily ahead of his visit to Mildura for next weekend’s Vanilla Slice Triumph, Kennett said he was “not upbeat” about the Hawks’ premiership chances, “but we’re hanging in there”.
