Letter: Pressure is on men

We expect so much of our men – to be a good son, brother, partner, father and a legend at work.

We also want them to have wage parity with women – this is a big ask if they decide to also embrace fatherhood.

There is so much pressure – can’t we just let men be men and decide what they want and be happy for them?

Stop the pressure for men to be equal to women or that they need to be in politics to achieve results for their brotherhood.

Being a man is already demanding and challenging enough – from a sheila who recognises and appreciates their awesome role just being a man.
