THIS weekend sees the second major of the year – the US Open – teeing off Friday morning (our time) at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in New York.

With long rough bordering narrow fairways the expectation from the experts is that the long hitters will have an advantage over the four days which will play into defending champions Brooks Koepka’s hands.

World No.1 Dustin Johnson may be the man to beat though after his eagle from 154 meters on the 72nd hole last weekend to win the Fed Ex St. Jude Classic.
