THE impressive Sirletic will be tough to beat in the final of the harness racing $25,000 Northern Region Championship at Ouyen tomorrow.

Unbeaten in its six career starts, the Gavin Lang-trained and driven five-year-old gelding comfortably won both its heats at Mildura and Swan Hill recently to go with victories across the state from Melton to Charlton and Bendigo and Cranbourne before that.

South Australian trainer Ryan Hryhorec’s gelding Friends shapes as a close rival.
