SUNRAYSIA boasts some of the best early childhood facilities in Australia.

That is the view of Victoria's first early childhood professor, Bridie Raban, who said the region had multiple kindergartens exceeding National Quality Standard.

Ms Raban and Mildura Mayor Mark Eckel visited De Garis Kindergarten to celebrate the work of Mildura’s kindergartens.
