COOMEALLA High School Year 10 food technology students are stepping up to take on leadership roles at Gol Gol Public School.

To build a stronger relationship between the two schools, students from Coomealla High School are volunteering time to assist students during the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden program.

Coomealla High School student welfare teacher Nadein Mayfield said the arrangement was a win for both schools.

“We wanted our students to interact with the primary school students and strengthen our partnership with Gol Gol Public School,” she said.
