Back on the bike

BOOSTING the number of women cyclists in Sunraysia will be the aim of a ladies-only ride which teaches the ins and outs of getting back on the bike.

Ladies! Learn to Ride, hosted by the Coomealla Mountainless Bike Club and Community Roadsafe Mildura, encourages local women to take up the social activity and curb the current statistics.

“It’s an opportunity to make new friends and socialise, and in the future then say meet up at the riverfront and go for a 10 to 15km weekend ride together,” Coomealla Mountainless Bike Club president Tyler Beruldsen said.
