FORMER Sunraysia footballer Matt Dea (pictured) is facing a couple of weeks on the sidelines after being a late withdrawal for Essendon in their loss to the Western Bulldogs at the weekend.
The club’s physical performance manager Justin Crow said further investigations this week into Dea’s leg pain discovered some mild bone stress.
“Matt Dea had some leg pain, we ended up withdrawing him from the squad,” Crow told Essendon’s official website.
