MORE than 200 Sacred Heart Primary School students received vital lifesaving skills at Apex Park this week.
Led by Life Saving Victoria instructors, the two-hour-long practical session was part of the Open Water Learning Experience program aimed at familiarising students with their local open-water environment.
Year 3 to Year 6 students were divided into small groups and rotated through five activities.
