Game run ends in chaos

LATE chaos cruelled the Bathurst 1000 hopes of Mildura driver Cameron Waters yesterday.

In wet conditions, the No.6 Monster Energy Ford of Waters and co-driver Ritchie Stanaway was among the front-runners for much of the 161-lap race and led the field around Mount Panorama for long periods.

However, after Waters took over from Stanaway for the last time on lap 132 to drive the final stretch, it all began to unravel for the pair and the Prodrive Racing team.
