MILDURA farmers Fiona Bawden and Richard Mintern are endeavouring to provide Sunraysia with the opportunity to experience fresh, locally grown produce.

One of their main products is olive oil, produced from handpicked and cold pressed olives.

Fiona and Richard planted their first 400 olive trees at their property, Bawdens Farm, in the 1990s.

“We planted the olive trees ourselves by hand with a shovel, one by one,” Fiona says.
