HUNDREDS of blue, white and gold lanterns lit up the sky at Nowingi Place on Saturday to support those affected by blood cancer.

With another 35 people told they have blood cancer every day, Light The Night aims to bring Australia’s blood cancer community together in more than 140 locations to remember and reflect during a moving ceremony and short lantern walk.

Organiser Natasha Lyttleton said she was blown away by the support for the second annual Light The Night in Mildura.
