MILDURA students of La Trobe University got to hear first-hand the importance of asking if someone is OK yesterday.

As part of national R U OK? Day, La Trobe University hosted a celebration that included a panel discussion.

Sunraysia’s Adam Thomson took this chance to encourage others to seek help and to support others.

“I wanted to share my story, which included my background in ice addiction and the mental illness and depression that links to that,” Mr Thomson said.
