FIVE years ago Deano O’Brien, AKA Mr Yipadee, left his career in radio behind and took a leap of faith to follow his dream.

Since then he has become a successful children’s author and performer, going straight to the number one spot on the Best Sellers Children’s Book Charts in New Zealand with his first book Jingle Bells, Rudolph Smells in October 2016.

Earlier this year he released Nee Naw the Little Fire Engine, which also topped the charts and is currently on a two-week Australian tour with Collins Booksellers, showcasing his most recent book Stink-o-Saurus, which will be released to the public.
