MILDURA and Red Cliffs are listed among the state’s most affordable towns, according to Real Estate Institute of Victoria data.
With a median house price of $205,000, Red Cliffs was tipped as an area that offered an affordable opportunity for buyers to get a foothold on the property ladder.
Mildura was listed as an area that offered value for money despite a higher median house price of $255,000.
However, Moe in the state’s east came out on top as Victoria’s most affordable town, with buyers able to purchase a home there at a median of just $166,000.
