WERRIMULL is sweating on the availability of key players as it prepares for what is effectively an early elimination final against Cardross.

The Magpies, third, lead Cardross and fifth-placed Meringur on percentage heading into the last round of the Mill­ewa Football League regular season, with the three sides equal on points with 6-8 records.

Werrimull coach Jordan Payne admitted the side’s depth had been tested this season as it strives for its eighth consecutive top-four finish.
