Miles away, a 10-year-old Burundian kid was watching the action on television at his family’s home in Adelaide’s northern suburbs.
Naftari Niyukuri liked what he saw.
“I was watching TV and it was the best – this guy got knocked out and I was like ‘I want to do that’,” the excitable Naftari, now 17, said.
