Juniors ready to hit the dirt

THE wheels are down and the competition is set to be fierce at the 2017 Australian Junior Dirt Track Championships at Jambaroo Park today and tomorrow.

With practice starting from 10am today at the Koorlong track, some of the North West Victorian Motorcycle Club’s best will be vying for top spot in a competitive field of more than 200 from near and far.

The club members have been working tirelessly to get the track up to scratch for the biggest junior dirt track event of the year.

Local trio Hamish McCarten, Brayden Bowes and Justin Southgate are just some of the riders gearing up to defend their home track.
