THE Bureau of Communication and Arts Research (BCAR) has released a new working paper on the trends and drivers in the affordability of communications services in Australia.
The paper claims the rollout of the National Broadband Network (NBN) is improving choice and reducing prices for regional Australians.
Regional Communications Minister Fiona Nash welcomed the findings that home broadband services were now more affordable.
