MILDURA councillors will vote on a raft of new energy efficiency targets at their monthly meeting tomorrow night.
The council expects to save $426,000 annually by meeting its energy targets, which will involve installing new solar systems on council buildings and reducing the diesel consumption of the council fleet.
Councillors will consider the adoption of a five-year energy management plan, which will aim to reduce electricity use in council buildings by 25 per cent within five years.
