A LADIES Day for the National Breast Cancer Foundation has kick-started the fundraising for this year’s Mildura Pink Ball.
Breast cancer survivor Deb Chandler, who is among the organisers of the annual Pink Ball, said about 60 women attended the Ladies Day at the Black Stump Bistro on Saturday, where they enjoyed food, drinks, a fashion parade and took part in a charity auction.
“We raised more than $2000, which is fabulous,” she said.
“Liam (Wood) had set up the room beautifully and everyone made an effort to bling it up, which was the theme.
