A FULL list of infrastructure projects expected to deliver further water savings toward the Murray-Darling Basin Plan’s target will be revealed by the end of this month.
The Murray-Darling Basin Ministerial Council, which includes all water ministers in the basin, agreed on the final package of projects at its meeting in Canberra yesterday.
The package of projects is expected to result in more than 600 gigalitres of water savings, which will be offset from the plan’s sustainable diversion limit.
