Boost for growth of wine sector

STRONGER promotion of Victorian wine is the key focus of a four-year strategy supported by the Victorian Government.

It is a plan to grow and develop the strength of the Australian wine industry. Obviously we have come off the back of a period of difficult times for wine in all regions, not only in Sunraysia

The Victorian Wine Industry Development Strategy 2017-21 is part of a $1 million commitment to support the state’s wine industry.

The commitment has also involved the Victorian Government appointing a wine industry ministerial advisory committee and establishing a wine growth fund.
