ADELAIDE Crows footballer Josh Jenkins said his family “leaned on” Chances For Children while he was growing up in northwest Victoria.
Growing up in a foster home, Jenkins was a talented basketballer who Chances For Children supported while he was growing up on the outskirts of Swan Hill.
Now 28 and a professional footballer rather than basketballer, Jenkins was instrumental in players from the Adelaide Football Club donating $5000 to Chances For Children through the AFL Players Association AFL Players Care program.
