Defence vital for Pointers, Colours

NICHOLS Point and Three Colours will vie to move ahead of the ledger and kick-start their respective seasons in round 4 of S-League soccer tomorrow.

The sides enter the senior men’s clash with one win, one loss records after each splitting high-scoring encounters in their first two games.

The Pointers were on the wrong end of a 5-0 scoreline against top side Irymple Knights last weekend, while Colours are looking to build momentum after their 6-3 win over Mildura United.
