MILDURA and Swan Hill are among the top performing municipalities when it comes to an increase in the median value of farmland in Victoria.
According to the Australian Farmland Values report released by Rural Bank and Rural Finance, north-west Victoria recorded a 17.8 per cent increase in median value per hectare across the state in 2016.
Last year, the median value of farm land in Mildura was $1358 per hectare with an estimated 21 sales.
