THE NSW Government has passed the streamlined Crown Land Legislation Amendment Bill and a Wentworth property developer says it’s about time.
The State Government combined seven pieces of legislation into one, but property developer and former councillor Bob Wheeldon said not much has changed for a process that has taken years.
“It’s taken a very long time. The Coalition has been in government for six years now and promised an improvement of the flexibility of vegetation rules and crown land,” he said.
