A WEEK after concerns were raised about the City Oval surface and its readiness to host football games, today’s Imperials v Ouyen United match has been moved to neighbouring Sarah Oval.

Matches between Imperials and Ouyen United will be moved to South Mildura’s ground after heavy rainfall over the past 24 hours, which prompted a reassessment.

The decision was made in consultation with the Sunraysia Football Netball League, local football clubs and the turf contractor to ensure the new playing surface is not compromised.
