LANCE and Di Boston knew their Irymple home had some history behind it.
It was what happened when they went to the bank to make their purchase of the Fifteenth Street, Chaffey-era home official that left their jaws anchored to the floor.
The original property title, written on parchment and dating back to 1913, needed to be destroyed, the bank said.
“We nearly fell over,” Mr Boston said. “We were lucky enough to go and get a photocopy.”
