THE Australian table grape industry is set to benefit from a scholarship awarded to Rowena Norris.
Ms Norris said she had been granted $7000 through the Victorian Government’s Food Source Victoria scholarship program.
The money will enable the Australian Table Grape Association communications manager to study an Advanced Diploma in International Business Marketing with Charles Sturt University.
“It will hopefully enable me to better understand the ins and outs of what growers are going through on a daily basis when it comes to dealing with the export side of the business,” Ms Norris said.
