Four liquor licence breaches in six days: Cops target central business district venue

A MILDURA business has been caught selling alcohol without a liquor licence four times in six days.

Victoria Police yesterday confirmed the licensee of the CBD premises was first warned about selling liquor without a licence before further offences last month.

A Victoria Police spokeswoman said Mildura Police conducted a liquor licensing check at a premises in Langtree Avenue on February 23 and determined the business had no licence in force.
